​Ride with us: 11th Annual #CaringForRare Cycling Event

The #CaringForRare Bicycling Event Weekend is hosted by our friends at Avery's Hope — this is an Avery's Hope event, and Pics4EoE proudly supports it and takes part. Routes range from a family-friendly towpath ride along the Delaware River to road options up to 100 miles through the covered bridges and back roads of Bucks and Hunterdon Counties. Proceeds support children living with rare gastrointestinal diseases and their families.

Ride. Register at bikereg.com/caringforrare-cycling-event. All ages and abilities welcome; pick the route that fits you.

Volunteer. Rest stop volunteers keep riders fueled along the towpath and road routes; shifts run about two hours and include the post-ride lunch at the vineyard. Sign up through Avery's Hope (averys-hope.org) or contact us to join the Pics4EoE crew.

 

Sponsor or donate. Can't ride that day? You can still make the day count. Donate toward our EoE research campaign on our Donate page, or contact us about event sponsorship.

Look for Pics4EoE at a rest stop along the route, where we'll be offering photography and support to riders; stop by and say hello.

Jersey Mike's Fundraiser — June 16, 2025. Thank you to everyone who came out to support us on 6/16/25! A portion of the day's sales went to Pics4EoE's EoE research campaign.

GotSneakers Recycling Drive — 2024. Our first official fundraiser: collected sneakers were kept out of landfills and converted into funds for EoE awareness and research, in partnership with GotSneakers.

CHOP Campaign Launch — Spring 2024. We launched our ongoing fundraising campaign with the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, Division of Gastroenterology, directing donations to EoE education and research. The campaign is still open; give any time on our Donate page.
